Points reward consistency — not extremes.Track your own points or use the provided tracking sheet. Weekly totals may be submitted for leaderboard updates.
📏 STARTING MEASUREMENTS
Required:
• Body weight
• Tummy girth (measured at belly button)
Optional Upgrade:
Full body measurements + body composition scan. 30 minutes — $49. Book with Vania as often as you’d like throughout the challenge.
🏋️ TRAINING OVERVIEW
Strength and cardio training are both essential to achieve a strong, lean, fit physique.
Ideal Weekly Structure:
• 3 x strength sessions per week (include abs each session)
• 2 x classes or cardio sessions (minimum 60 minutes total per week)
• 1–2 full rest days per week
Rest is not weakness. Oddly, this restraint produces better results. Muscles grow during recovery. The nervous system regulates during rest.

🍽 NUTRITION GUIDELINES
Protein is the base of your program. Aim for your protein target 3 x per day.
This is non-negotiable if you want to preserve muscle while losing fat.
Keep food simple and repeatable.
Carbs primarily around training. Hydrate consistently.

Protein: Chicken, beef mince, fish, eggs, Greek yoghurt, tofu, protein powder
Carbs: Rice, potatoes, oats, fruit
Vegetables: Spinach, broccoli, zucchini, capsicum, carrots, salad greens
Fats: Olive oil, avocado, nuts
