
Group Fitness & Membership Info
All of our group fitness classes are included as part of our full membership — just $39 per week via direct debit. That gives you unlimited access to classes, 24/7 use of the gym, and connection to some of Australia’s top trainers, coaches, and mentors.
We offer HOT classes on Saturdays, HOT Barre and HOT Yoga, if you're looking for a new challenge to build stamina, strength and burn fat fast ... these classes are for you!
We also offer a FREE COMMUNITY YOGA CLASS every Sunday with Tif! One of our favourite instructors, Tif, combines her love for helping people with the benefits of Japanese Yoga. These classes are accessible to people of all fitness levels. No need to book, just come along, and we will help you settle in.
We’re a members-only facility, which means we don’t offer casual visits or drop-in classes. This helps us maintain a supportive, committed community — and a high-quality experience for everyone.
That said, if you’re genuinely interested in a casual visit or special circumstance, feel free to reach out. Every request is considered individually.
